Just wanted to relay to you a happy,
success story which I attribute solely to internet pictures/virtual
tours.
I received a call from a lady in California
that had been looking at my web site and was interested in
waterfront property. I emailed her some more detailed information
and then on Mother's Day she called me and said she and her
husband were flying in that afternoon and wanted to look
at these homes.
I met them on Monday morning at
9 AM, showed them property until 11 AM and they left town
and I didn't here from them for about two weeks. They called
me Memorial Day Weekend and said we want to write an offer
when you return on Tuesday. Did it, done and in escrow. A
$715,000 sale.
Pictures do tell it all. I wouldn't
consider having a listing without a virtual tour.
